BIAW in Seekerville

I’ve just committed to the Book In A Week (BIAW) challenge in Seekerville. I’ve participated in other BIAWs and all of them have reinforced in me the need to concentrate, commit and write.

What is BIAW, you ask? It’s a writing challenge where you lock up your inner editor and just write. No editing, no reconstructing, no looking back. It’s quantity of words. Get the essence of your novel out.

Just write it.

The Seekerville BIAW is open to anyone interested in joining us. Many of the followers have signed up already and there is always room for more.

Push yourself and see how far you can get on your book in one week. An outline? A chapter? A rough draft? Half a book?

A whole book?

You’ll never know unless you try.

C’mon. It’ll be fun.

You can get to Seekerville to sign up by clicking on every Seekerville reference you see in this post. They’ll all take you to Seekerville.

Great practice for NaNoWriMo…

But that’s a topic for another blog post : )
